In 1997, GHBC sponsored and hosted its First Annual Charity Golf Tournament at
Inwood Forest Country Club, benefitting the Houston Chapter of the Cystic
Fibrosis Foundation ("CFF"). 65 members of the Houston business community
participated that year, and GHBC raised about $5,000 for CFF.

In 1998, GHBC sponsored its Second Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Inwood
Forest Country Club, benefitting the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation ("UCP").
Approximately 85 members of the Houston business community participated that
year, and GHBC raised about $8,000 for UCP.

In 1999, GHBC sponsored its Third Annual Charity Golf Tournament at
Cypresswood Golf Club, and for the first time, transformed the event into a
Celebrity Golf Tournament. John Granato, from the morning radio show "The
Bench" on 610 AM, hosted and emceed the event, and approximately 120
members of the Houston business community participated and helped raise over
$36,000 for UCP. Celebrities who participated in the event included Jose Lima,
Greg Bingham and Alonso Highsmith.
